No, because shipping rates vary according to destination. Shipping costs are calculated and added to your total during checkout.

All our orders are shipped from Portugal and shipping to countries outside the European Union may result in import duties and taxes which are outside our control. This may also result in delays beyond the original delivery estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for additional customs duties and taxes levied. If you need any further information on clearance procedures we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your information. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and payment details are encoded so they can be read only on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards, or by bank transfer. Upon checkout, you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method. If you choose bank transfer you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Yes, we can grind the coffee for you prior to shipping. Please select the appropriate grind size at checkout. 

You will receive an automated email confirming your order. You will also receive another email once your order is shipped.

We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner and work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible. Orders placed before 10:00a.m. (GMT) every Monday will be processed included in our roast schedule.  We roast every Monday and ship each Wednesday and Friday through our preferred courier partners. Please see shipping details for costs and delivery times. 

If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.  All our shipments are insured to the intrinsic value so, in case someone loses your package, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If an item is missing from your order please contact us immediately at info@olisipo.coffee with your order number and the name of the missing / incorrect item. We will do our best to solve this issue as quickly as we can.

If you are not satisfied with our product or services in any way, please contact us immediately at info@olisipo.coffee 

Please state your order number, name, and reason for the issue or return. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be contacted by a member of our team. We can only offer a full refund when we receive and returned items in an undamaged condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. You have 14 days after purchasing to return or exchange an item. The time it takes for the refund to enter your bank account depends on your bank. You may choose to receive a voucher of equal value instead.
