WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY BE SHIPPED?

We roast every week and ship orders on Thursdays and Fridays. The service is provided by our courier partners.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost is dependent on the total parcel weight and destination. The price of your shipment is calculated and added to your total at checkout. See breakdown pricing below.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For continental Portugal the delivery is within 24-72h. For deliveries to Açores, Madeira, EU, shipments times may vary but we expect delivery within 5-7 working days.

 

FRESHNESS

We want you to enjoy the freshest coffee possible, so we always send coffee within one week after it was roasted. All of our coffees are packed in metal-free oxygen barrier one-way valve bags that are 100% recyclable. This increases the shelf life and freshness of your coffee which is best appreciated when brewed within two months of the roast date.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Service available for Lisbon only, order before 10:00 and receive your coffee in the same day. Valid for small parcels only, up to 1.5kg. Please indicate that you’d would like to have same day delivery.

 

PICK-UP

We also offer a collection service at our roastery in Lisbon. Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00, but please e-mail us in advance to make sure we have your coffee in stock.
