Cultivar: Heirloom and Yellow Bourbon Notes: Chocolatey – Cinnamon – Bergamot Orange Roast: Omni Roast
This limited edition seasonal blend combines the best characteristics of two delicious, complementary coffees.
The main component (60%) is a washed process coffee from Guiji, Ethiopa. Omni-roasted for a range of brewing methods, this coffee brings vibrancy and complexity to the cup with lavender florals and a tangy bergamot orange-like acidity. The second component (40%) is a natural-process Yellow Bourbon from Brazil which brings a smooth, velvety body and caramel sweetness to the cup. There is also a pleasant note of cinnamon in the finish, making it a perfect accompaniment to the festive flavours of the season!
We have roasted both coffees to allow you to enjoy this blend with a variety of brew methods, including espresso.
